Scheduled backup fails with "Error creating zip file" or "Critical Error: Domain [DomainName] backup failed. Error creating backup file" .
Active Administrator may show that the backup "completed with warnings" A backup file is created, but is corrupted and contains no data
Open Services.msc on the Active Administrator server and verify that Active Administrator Foundation Service is running as 'Local System'
Restart the Active Administrator Foundation Service
Check the NTFS permissions on the ActiveAdministrator share to make sure the Active Administrator Foundation Service account has FULL control on the folder
Note: The Active Administrator Foundation Service account should be a member of the Domain Admins group and the AA_Admin group.
