When performing a machine based(vRanger is installed on a VM) or VA based HotAdd backup and at the end of the backup you see "Invalid configuration for device '0'" and if you expend this error you see this in the VMware error Stack "Cannot remove virtual disk from the virtual machine because it or one of its parent disks is part of a snapshot of the virtual machine." The next time you run a backup for the same VM you see a 3201 error when the HotAdd backup is attempted once again, but lan based backups works issue free.
