Regional Settings incorrectly on the vRanger Server are not set to English /US or Date/Time set to DD/MM/YYYY instead of MM/DD/YYYY.
How to confirm the error:
1. Error thrown recently for example Date and Time set up in this way, if the Date and Time was setup incorrectly base on this format DD/MM/YYYY, vRanger are going to send to the SQL vRangerPro stuff as 15/05/2014, which are going to cause the problem the correct format will be 05/15/2014 MM/DD/YYYY.\
2. From the vRanger server Click on the Date and Time displayed on the Right side of task bar. Left click on the Date to display the clock.
3. Click on change date and time settings.
4. Check Date and Time if necessary change the date and time Select the appropriate month and time, please check clicking on Change Calendar Settings for the Region and Language
a) English (United States)
b) Short Date to M/d/yyyy
c) Long Date MMMM dd, yyyy.
d) Confirm the location.
e) The Calendar needs to be setup 1930 and 2029 for example.
f) Click Ok to save and check.
g) Please Stop the vRanger Services and SQL from the services.msc

Re-start the services and SQL.
Run a job and check if the issue is gray out.
