Il n'est pas possible d'installer Toad for Oracle. En essayant d'installer Toad for Oracle, l'erreur ci-dessous apparaît. L'erreur apparaît avec les installeurs .EXE et .MSI.<br><br><p>ERREUR:<br><br>"The installer was not able to complete successfully.<br>RegisterComplete returned error code [0x80070005].<br>ApplyComplete returned error code [0x80070005]."</p><p>OU</p>"The installer was not able to complete successfully.<br>CachePackageComplete returned error code [0x80070002].<br>CacheComplete returned error code [0x80070002].<br>ApplyComplete returned error code [0x80070002].<br>CacheVerifyComplete returned error code [0x80091007]". Cause 1 :<br><br>L’anti-virus McAfee bloque l’accès au registre à l’installeur.<br><br>Cause 2 :<br><br>Une installation précédente est en cours en arrière-plan.<br><br>Cause 3 :<br><br>Le fichier d’installation Toad est corrompu.<br><br>Cause 4 :<br><br>L’utilisateur n’a pas assez de privilèges pour installer Toad for Oracle en lançant le .EXE. <p>RESOLUTION 1 :<br><br>Si possible, désactivez l’anti-virus McAfee pour la duration de l’installation. Dans le cas contraire, utilisez la résolution 4.<br><br><br>RESOLUTION 2 :<br><br>Assurez-vous que tout essai précédent de l’installation soit complètement stoppé ou terminé. Assurez-vous que rien ne soit lancé en arrière-plan.<br><br>Redémarrez votre PC et relancez l’application une nouvelle fois.<br><br><br>RESOLUTION 3 :<br><br>Supprimez le fichier d’ installation en cours de lancement et téléchargez-le de nouveau.<br><br>Assurez-vous que le fichier d’installation de Toad soit directement téléchargé sur votre bureau ou dans votre dossier racine C:\ (et non pas sur un disque réseau). Initialisez l’installeur à partir du bureau (cliquez-droit sur l’installeur et choisissez « Exécuter en tant qu’administrateur »).<br><br>Si vous avez téléchargé l’installeur sur un disque réseau, veuillez supprimer ce fichier et le télécharger de nouveau; n’utilisez pas le même fichier présent sur le disque réseau en le déplaçant sur votre bureau.<br><br><br>RESOLUTION 4 :<br><br>Si l’utilisateur n’a pas les droits administrateur pour installer Toad for Oracle en utilisant un fichier .EXE, téléchargez et utilisez plutôt l’installeur .MSI pour Toad for Oracle (« Special Installation Only »).</p><p>Si le fichier .MSI ne fonctionne toujours pas, merci de bien vouloir contacter votre département IT / Helpdesk / Réseau pour vous aider à installer Toad for Oracle.</p>
