Open the SQL Server Security module. |

Select Server Roles, and select Tools | New. Alternatively, right-click Server Roles, and choose New. |

Click Add to add logins to the selected server role. |

Select the server role, open the Memberships tab, and select the database roles to assign to the server role. |

Open the SQL Server Security module. |

Select a server role, and select Tools | Delete. Alternatively, right-click a server role, and choose Delete. |
