Finding a share path

You can locate the folder for a selected share.

To locate the share path

Open the Share Security or All Management Targets module.

Open the Browse tab.

In the Objects pane, select the share.

Select Tools | Find Share Path.

Right-click the share, and choose Find Share Path.

To create a new registry key

Open the Registry Security module.

Open the Browse tab.

In the Navigation or Objects pane, select the object in which to create the key.

Select Tools | New Registry Key.

Right-click the object, and choose New Registry Key.

Type the name of the Registry key.

Deleting a registry key


	NOTE: If the selected Registry key is included in an Enterprise Scope, the Registry key is not removed from the Enterprise Scope. You also must remove the Registry key from the Enterprise Scope. See Editing an Enterprise Scope. TIP: To quickly find a registry key, use the Search module. See Registry key search criteria. From the results list, right-click a registry key, and choose Delete Registry Key.

To delete a registry key

Open the Registry Security module.

Open the Browse tab.

In the Navigation or Objects pane, select the registry key.

Select Tools | Delete Registry Key.

Right-click the Registry key, and choose Delete Registry Key.
