Post process stopped due to OCIServerAttach failed with ORA-12537.

The system maxuproc value is too small like 100 or less than 500. MTP post processes will open many Oralce connections, which also will generated many shadow processes.
Resolution 1:
Increase the value of maxuproc as required.
Resolution 2:
Reduce SP_OPO_IDLE_LOGOUT parameter
Default is set at 300. Reduce it to 60.
sp_ctrl>set param SP_OPO_IDLE_LOGOUT 60
The maxuproc is the maximum unix process limit.
