.NET Framework is already installed but the installation is not recognizing it and it shows the error: "Core or Agent installation fails with error: This application requires one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: .NETFramework, Version=v4.X.X
Do you want to install this .NET framework version now?"

Cause
The registry is missing one or multiple .NET Framework registry key(s). -

Make sure you back up the registry before modifying it. Review the following registry keys to verify if a .NET entry is missing:- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319\SKUs
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319\SKUs
Create the missing registry keys or copy the registry from a known good system. Once the system has all the proper registry keys you should be able to install Rapid Recovery.
