There is an option during the Switch Application task creation to Skip the Mailbox and OneDrive state validation.
For the Teams portion there is no "per-user migration" flag that can be enabled in the context of Teams. However, DUA will verify specific registry values in HKCU, to verify that Teams was running properly for that user. In that case, DUA will generate the following entry in the log:
Could not get registry key value: 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Teams\HomeUserUpn' - 'The specified registry key does not exist.'
