When setting up a Public Folder policy in Archive Manager, you may receive this error in the Application Event log on the Archive Manager system when trying to access the System Attendant:
"Unable to setup profile"
WORKAROUND
1. Stop the Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager Service.
2. Give the account that is running the Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager service Exchange View Only Administrator role on the Organization level.
3. Add Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager service account in Local administrators group on the box where Archive Manager is installed.
4. Start the Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager Service.
