To workaround this issue, please perform the following changes on the Core server:
- stop the Core service gracefully
- open regedit
- change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AppRecovery\Core\MetadataCacheService\ConnectionErrorUpdatePeriod to 00:01:00
- change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AppRecovery\Core\MetadataCacheService\AgentMetadataUpdatePeriod to 00:10:00
- start the Core service
Restart agent service on machines where excessive memory usage is seen and monitor the situation for the next 2-3 days.
