When attempting to open up the DA (Desktop Authority) Manager the error below is displayed:
"A critical error has occurred"
Desktop Authority was unable to connect to its database. Please ensure that the database server is available and that the SQL Server instance for Desktop Authority is running. For further assistance, please contact your system administrator.
Please contact your network administrator
