Client does not upgrade or install
The SLBOOST.log or the SLtrace.htm client log files show:
RESULT: 6=The handle is invalid
or
Return Code: [6] The handle is invalid
1- Verify that the domain user service account (DAUSER) that is being used by the Administrative service is not a member of the Local Administrative group on the client, either explicitly or implicitly. If it is, remove it from the Local Administrative group, or use a different domain user service account in the Administrative service.
2- Verify the Administrative service DAUSER credentials in all the DC's.
Navigate to Deployment Settings | Service Management, right-click the DC and Select Administrative Service | Edit Properties
The Logon as filed must show the right account information like: domain\dauser. Not a \ or a long string. If there is a \ or a long string re-enter the DAUSER credentials and try to login to one test machine to test the provisioning.
