Metalogix Customer Portal

You are reaching this page while trying to access Metalogix's Customer Portal. From November 5 2018, all Metalogix product support will be provided through Quest Support Portal, delivered by the same excellent and experienced Support Team of engineers.

Quest Support Portal is where you can find Knowledge Base articles, create and manage support-service requests (cases), retrieve product licenses, access product software and documentation, and more.

To update an existing service request (case), you have two options:

  1. Quest Support Portal - My Account.

  2. Via Email - support@quest.com; be sure to include your service request number in the email subject line in the following format: |SR Number: 1234567|.
