What ports need to be open to deploy a node across a firewall -
Description
When deploying a node to a machine that is behind a firewall, what ports need to be open? -
Resolution
Ports:
135-139 TCP and UDP
443 TCP and UDP
Once the node has been installed it will need to be able to communicate to the ER server using ports 7737, 7738 as well as ICMP.
The node will also need to communicate with the SQL server where the ER database is hosted. The default port used by SQL is 1433
