The Quest Enterprise Reporter services stop and when you try to start them you get an error similar to the following:
"Windows could not start the Quest Enterprise Reporter Server service on the Local Computer.
Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start"
Enable and start the dependent Net.Tcp Port Sharing service and then start the Enterprise Reporter services.
If the services stop again and the Net.Tcp Port Sharing service is again showing as stopped and disabled check to see if there is a GPO that is disabling the service.
