When trying to rehydrate mailboxes, the error "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive" appears on the logs -
Cause
This may be caused due to firewall issues. In recent updates of "Palo Alto Content Threat Updates" was flagging Archive Manager rehydration as DDoS attack. -
Resolution
Work with your network team to have this whitelisted
