Error when opening attachment - Input string was not in a correct format
Description

Attempting to open an attachment through the Archive Manager website returns the error:

"message": "Input string was not in a correct format.".
"errorType": "FormatException"
Cause

This error is caused when there are invalid characters (e.g. letters) within the configuration console in the "WWW Max File Size For Buffering" key, which only allows numeric values.
Resolution
RESOLUTION:
1. Open Configuration Console | Advanced Settings
2. Located the Key WWW Max File Size For Buffering"
3. Ensure that the Value for this key is set in Kilobytes (e.g. Instead of 512 MB, enter 512000)
4. Save changes
5. Restart IIS (IISRESET) via command prompt.
