Description
When trying to open a stubbed/stripped message in the Microsot Outlook, below error is seen

Cause
HP TRIM 7.3.2.5515 (32 bit) Addins installed in the outlook which conflicts with Archive Manager Outlook Components installed.

Resolution
Workaround 1:
Disable the HP TRIM 7.3 addins in the outlook, which helps to open the stripped message in the outlook.
Workaround 2:
Uninstall the Archive Manager Outlook Components from Programs and features, which will open the Stripped messages in the AM website.
