Exchange Utlity cannot connect when No Public Folders
Description

When trying to reconstrut stripped messages using Exchange Utility , the below error is shown
ERROR EU.UnstripThread Error while restripping Mailbox Firstname Lastname. = System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Unknown error (0x8004011d)
at AfterMail.Exchange.MAPIV2.Intermediate.IMSession.OpenStore(ENTRYID storeID)
at AfterMail.Exchange.MAPIV2.Store.Open()
at AfterMail.Exchange.MAPIV2.Stubbing.Unstubber.UndoMailBox(MailBoxMetaData mailBoxMeta)
Cause

Product defect. This is because there is no public folder store in the Exchange Organization.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Create a Public Folder store in the Exchange Organization.
STATUS
Issue fixed in 5.0. The latest version of Archive Manager can be downloaded at: https://support.quest.com/download-product-select
