Active Directory Connector (ADC) Service not importing all AD users into Archive Manager
Description

There may be situation that AD users does not have mailbox in On Premise exchange but the mailbox are in O365, in that case AD users are not getting imported into Archive Manager
Resolution

1. Open Configuration Console
2. Select Advanced Settings | Click on "Add"
3. In the Add Config Property | enter "Directory Connector Import Users Without Mailboxes" and click on "ok"
4. Set the value to "True"
5. Save the changes and close the Configuration Console
6. Restart the Active Directory Connector Service
