Archive Manager UI search returns Error: "Network path was not found".
You may also get the following error:
Your search has not been executed because the index cannot be found.
This error occurs when the Archive Manager Search Service is unable to locate the Temp location it requires. By other words the "Full Text Index Temp Path" path specified in AM configuration editor is not valid or not accessible by ArchiveMgr_service user.
1. Check that the share path value UNC path specified in "Full Text Index Temp Path" key of AM configuration editor is accessible to the Service account being used to run Archive Full Text Index Search service (usually ArchiveMgr_Service user ). Also SQL service account must be able to Read/write to that location.
2. Ensure that the "Full Text Index Temp Path"s value in Archive Manager Configuration Editor is set to the correct UNC path.
3. After changing the above settings, restart the "Archive Full Text Index Service" and the "Archive Full Text Search Service" services.
