Description
Error received in Archive Manager:
"You do not have permission to use the BULK INSERT statement". -
Cause
The Archive Manager Service Account does not have the correct privileges.

Resolution
1. The Archive Manager Service account needs to be DB_owner of the Archive Manager database [and the _temp database].
OR
2. The bulk insert error can also occur when the account that the SQL Services runs under is a Local or Network Service account. The account needs to be a Domain User Account. Microsoft recommends that the account be a Domain User Account for security purposes.
