1. Open ConsoleOne
2. Click on 'GroupWise System'
3. Select Tools | GroupWise System Operations | Trusted Applications
4. Highlight the 'AfterMailGSMService' Trusted Application
5. Click the 'Delete' button
6. Click the 'Close' button
7. On the Archive Manager Server, open a Command Prompt Window
8. Type "runas /user:domain\username cmd" (replace 'domain\username' with the account running the GSM Service)
9. Press Enter
10. Type the password for the username (the cursor will not move as you enter the password)
11. Press Enter
12. In the new Command Prompt window that opens, change to the Archive Manager Installation Directory (C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Archive Manager)
13. Type "Archive Groupwise Store Manager Service.exe" -config (include the quotation marks)
14. Press Enter
15. Ensure the GroupWise Domain Path, AfterMail Server IP Address and Port are correct
16. Click the 'Update Conf' button
17. Restart the Archive Groupwise Store Manager Service
