Users' mailboxes are not updating and the Scan Status shows the error:
Unable to determine clock skew. It is not possible to update folder last processed time
Open open a wlog file for an affected mailbox and look for the following entry:
<Key Name="UseEstimatedClockSkew" Value="1" />
If the value is "0" or missing add the following two entries to the Archive Manager configuration console | Advanced Settings:
"Exchange Store Manager Use Estimated Clock Skew" = 1
"Exchange Store Manager Estimated Clock Skew Msec" = -300000
Restart the ESM service for settings to take effect.
