1. Login to the AM server as an adminstrator
2. Stop "Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager Service" and "Archive Manager Data Load Service"
3. Open a command prompt as Administrator.
4. Change to your install directory. by default its "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Archive Manager" for Archive Manager versions 5.3 and below and C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Archive Manager for versions 5.4 and above
5. run the following command minus the quotes:
For versions below 5.3 - "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\regasm /tlb:maputilityv2.tlblog Dell.AM.MAPI.MAPIUtilityV2.dll"
For 5.4 and above "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\regasm /tlb:maputilityv2.tlblog Quest.AM.MAPI.MAPIUtilityV2.dll"
You should get a message back "Types registered successfully"
6. Run the ExchangeUitilty tool and verify issue is resolved.
7. start the ESM and DataLoader services
