Resolution
No, The Archive Manager OWA Reconstruction Tool should not be used if the Archive Manager website is using Forms Authentication.
To use the OWA Reconstruction Tool you will need to enable Windows Authentication on the Archive Manger website.
If you can now switch to Windows Authentication then the Archive Manager OWA Reconstruction Tool should be un-installed.
Note:
Using this tool with forms authentication on the Archive Manager website could cause duplicate items to be archived.
