"Quest Archive Manager setup wizard ended prematurely because of an error." Upgrading from 5.3 to 5.4 -
Description
During the Upgrade from 5.3 to 5.4, the Wizard rollbacks the installation process during the database upgrade process with the next error message:
"Quest Archive Manager setup wizard ended prematurely because of an error."
The install.log captures the next behavior:
Creating connection string. Server: databasename, 5560, database: ArchiveManager, is integrated: Windows.Database full path:C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Archive Manager\Prerequisites\DatabaseInstaller\Quest.AM.Setup.DatabaseInstaller.exe, operation type: UpgradeDB.Checking Database VersionSystem.Exception: Connection to database has been closed. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 25 - Connection string is not valid) ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The parameter is incorrect
