The following error is logged in the Event Viewer on the Archive Manager server:

The log file contains the following error:

The "Archive Manager Data Load Service" is running as the "ArchiveMgr_ESM" account.

Under Services on the Archive Manager server, stop the "Archive Manager Data Load Service" and under the service Properties, on the "Log On" tab replace the "ArchiveMgr_ESM" account with the "ArchiveMgr_Journal" account and restart the service.
