Cause
Possibly related to changes in database between versions. -
Resolution
The following KB should be reviewed first:When opening a Message it fails with Server Error in '/' Application: AttachmentFile with CheckSum does not exist (230434)Should AttachmentType returns as -1 (which indicates an unknown attachment type) for Step 3, download the workaround fix and apply accordingly.
