The following error was observed in the AMIOWebService.wlog:
ERROR AMIO.Controller.ErrorsController - {{cc569dc4-dfa6-4c3d-a0b1-0123a456bc78}} [406][DEFAULT\JohnDoe] - HTTP 500: https://archivemanager/API/v1/attachments/7cc9efd2-0fe9-9df4-c69a-1f31326031b3?fileName=Mail
System.ArgumentException: AttachmentFile with CheckSum 7cc9efd2-0fe9-9df4-c69a-1f31326031b3 does not exist
Cause

Possibly related to changes in database between versions.
Resolution

The following KB should be reviewed first:
When opening a Message it fails with Server Error in '/' Application: AttachmentFile with CheckSum does not exist (230434)
Should AttachmentType returns as -1 (which indicates an unknown attachment type) for Step 3, download the workaround fix and apply accordingly.
