Description

When attempting to send a message using Forward or Send To Me, it failed as followed:
[403] Forbidden: Sequence contains no matching element
The following error was observed in the AMIOWebService.wlog:
INFO AMIO.Action - [2][Domain\Administrator] - POST http://archivemanager/API/v1/messages/715xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxc37/sendmail
ERROR AMIO.Controller.ErrorsController - {{c17xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxc41}} [2][Domain\Administrator] - HTTP 403: InvalidOperationException - Sequence contains no matching element
The message was observed to contain broken embedded images.
Cause

Resolution

WORKAROUND
Export affected message(s) to a .PST file, after which it could be imported into user's Outlook client for message forwarding.
STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of Archive Manager.
