"No Message Found" Error when sending message from web UI -
Description
You receive a "No Message Found" error when you attempt to forward email via the web interface.

Cause
The archived message contains another embedded message, usually in outlook message format
When replying or forwarding an archived message using the Archive Manager, You will receive a "No Message Found" error.
This is because the embed ed message cannot be found. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
None
