Getting authentication errors on domain controller server after configuring the Azure AD Connector Setup.
Description

After configuring the Azure AD Connector Setup, repetitive authentication errors are observed.
Cause

Filters field is blank but Organization Unit field has been populated with domain information.
As documented in the Installation and Configuration Guide for Exchange:
▫ Organization Unit: This organization unit name is used to filter the Exchange Online mailboxes.
Resolution

When no filter has been added, the Organization Unit field should be blank:
1. In Archive Manager Configuration Console:
Navigate to Azure AD Connector | Azure AD Connector Setup | Advanced Configuration | Organization Unit
Remove the value and leave this field blank. Step through to save the change.
2. Restart the Archive Manager Active Directory Service.
