Description
The following error is logged in the Dataloader log file and the journal mailbox is not being cleared:

Cause
The Archive Manager Dataloader Service has been set to run as the ArchiveMgr_Service account instead of the ArchiveMgr_Journal account.

Resolution
Set the Archive Manager Dataloader Service to run as the ArchiveMgr_Journal account.
