Description
When viewing the ESM Logs on the Archive Manager Server you see the following:

Archive Items not processing.Event log on Archive Manager Server displays the following Data Load Service Errors:

Cause
SQL Lock or otherwise non responsive SQL server is the cause.

Resolution
In some instances restarting the SQL server service is sufficient, however if this does not work, a reboot of the SQL server may be necessary.
Check all SQL jobs to see if any are causing process blocking.
