Email missing from Archive Manager -
Description
Reference Checksums From Stubs In 3rd Party Environment Causes Issues With Mail Ingestion.
The following error can be seen in the wlog file:
05:54:50 ERROR: Unable to get message checksums:
05:54:50 Unable to obtain CheckSum for Email Reference in message part '1.5.1'. -
Cause
When a stub is forwarded or attached without allowing it to reconstruct, the result XML has reference checksums. If the stub came from a different Archive Manager environment, AM will be unable to import the XML because the reference checksums are not present in the target system. -
Resolution
STATUS
This has been identified as a product defect. BugID 311047 has been raised for this to addressed in a future release of Archive Manager.

This should be changed so that a pending record is created for the checksum in question so we can import the parent message.
