Error while processing Messages in the Offline Client:
"[ Client Error: SOAPCLIENT_SOAPFAULT ] [ Status Code: 500 ] [ Fault String: Server was unable to process request. --> No message found. ]"
This procedure contains the details to skip corrupted messages in Archive Manager Offline Client
1. On the client computer close Outlook.
2. Check the content of the log file located in "<Drive:\>:\Documents and Settings\<User account>\Local Settings\Application Data\Quest Software\Archive Manager\Logs and search for the following string "..."Error 500 -> No message found"
3. Create the following registry key in the client computer (to ignore it from being processed):
Path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Quest Software\Archive Manager\Client\Offline2
Key: IgnoreErrorList (String Value)
Value: No Message Found
