Resolution
Currently as of version 4.1.2. of Archive Manager(QAM), the Archive Manager Search Client requires the credentials for usage to have Administrator Rights in QAM.
There is currently an Enhancement Request logged with Development to allow for this tool to be used by end users, and the tracking number for this request is ST79272. -
