Email not getting into Archive Manager Event Log Shows Access Denied
Description

No new mail is getting into Archive Manager, and Event Log shows that Access is denied to folder structure.
Cause

The ArchiveManagerServiceUsers group is not a member of local administrators group.
Resolution

Add the ArchiveManagerServiceUsers group to the local administrators group on the AM server.
