Exchange 2013 mailboxes are not being ingested and the following error can be seen in the users WLOG:
COMAutodiscoverEWS.CreateInstance: [800401F3] Invalid class string
Cause
The .Net DLL file 'Dell.AM.ESM.Mlib.dll. is not registered.
Resolution
1. Stop the Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager service. 2. Open the command prompt window as Administrator 3. Change to the AM install directory. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Archive Manager" 4. Run the following command: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\regasm.exe Dell.AM.ESM.Mlib.dll 5. Start the Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager.
