How to Set Up Notifications in Spotlight on Exchange

This article describes how to set up notifications in Spotlight on Exchange.

Please perform the following steps:

1. Connect to a server in Spotlight console
2. Select View | Options | Alarm Log
3. Select the Action Rules icon, then click the New button
4. Supply the required condition, create an alarm and select the Action. There are several actions available:

Send message to

If you need to send a message to a specified machine on the network then use �Send message to� option.

Send e-mail to

If you need to send an email to a specified person or a group then use �Send e-mail to� option.
