How to merge license files together, or request a new or updated license, for a Quest product you are currently licensed for.

If you have license files which need to be merged together or you require a new updated license for a product that you are currently licensed for, please fill out the form on the following page to submit a request to the Licensing Team:

Please note, for requesting a new key or upgraded key, there is now a Self-Service option:

1. Go to the Support Portal, support.quest.com
2. Click My Account
3. Login
   

   Click To See Full Image.

4. Click My License Assets
   
   

   Click To See Full Image.

5. If your license is not shown, click Register Product and enter the License Number or Service Tag
   

   Click To See Full Image.

6. Once the licenses have been registered you can then download your license keys as needed, or request upgraded keys when a new key is needed for a major product version change (for example, going from 8.x to 9.x)
