Health Tests scheduled in the Spotlight on Messaging Management Console are running 1 hour ahead of schedule or 1 hour behind the scheduled time.

Example:

Test scheduled to run at 3:00pm runs at 2:00pm.

The computer clock adjusting for Daylight savings time

1. Close the Spotlight on Messaging Management Console
2. Open services.msc
3. Stop the Spotlight Diagnostic Test Engine
4. Stop the Spotlight Distributed collector
5. Start both services
6. Open the console
7. Allow the test to run on schedule and see if the issue is corrected.
