The current insight filter for the last Message Sent/Read items only shows the activity for the last 30 days. We'd like the time range to be extended to the last 90 to 180 days. -
原因
The "Collect back for the following number of days" setting is currently set to 30 days in the Exchange Online Mailbox Content Summary. -
解决办法
Follow the next steps to modify the numbers of days to collect:
1. In the UCA website go to Admin Settings->DataSources
2. Select the Exchange Online Mailbox Content Summary data source
3. Change the setting "Collect back for the following number of days" to 90 or 180 days according to the date that you need to collect.
4. Save the new changes and the data source will run again to collect the information.
Note:
If you have multiple Exchange Online Mailbox Content Summary data sources, you have to change them as well. Also, the collection performance will degrade after increasing the number of days to collect, it means more time to collect the information and storage will increase in size.
