The Import Wizard is not opening when clicked after connecting to database. When attempting to open the wizard, it does nothing. No errors appear on screen, but in the debug logs, the error "The path is not of a legal form." is generated when attempting to open the wizard.
An internal group policy can cause this behaviour, especially if it just started to occur, or is seen on multiple machines.
Please check internally for any Windows Group Policies which may restrict access to some folders Toad needs, and adjust them as needed for this behaviour to work.
