What is the “Advice” tab in the Statspack Browser?

解决办法
When one selects (not checks) a pair of snapshots, Toad for Oracle will analyze them for its duration, "top wait" and "wait class" thus giving possible advice/solutions based on its investigation.
For example, see screenshot below:
Additionally, Toad for Oracle does not have advice for every pair of snapshots. It looks at the waits during the time period.
If the top wait is a type that Toad have advice for, the advice will be displayed.
Otherwise, Toad will give the "No advice" message.
