Error: 'mdMainTransAndUserLocks: cannot perform this operation on a closed dataset' when selecting Locks tab in Session Browser (4377222)

In v17.1, in the Session Browser, when switching between Sessions and Locks tab, the following error appears:
'mdMainTransAndUserLocks: cannot perform this operation on a closed dataset'

Steps to replicate:
1. Make a new connection to the database.
2. Open Session Browser
3. Without clicking anywhere, switch between ‘Sessions’ and Locks’ Tab. Switch switch dozens of times but nothing happens and everything works fine.
4. Now click some sessions on the ‘Sessions’ Tab. Then now try to switch to ‘Locks’ Tab. Do this 3-5 times. One of those times, the error appears.
5. After it appears one time, you cannot see anything in ‘Locks’ tab until a new connection opens.
