When running DB Health Check with parameter "Suppress header for a database when report is empty", it doesn't apply it

DB Health Check provides an option to Suppress the Header in the Settings tab, second choice top/down. When it ran a process with the option enable "Suppress header for a database when report is empty", it showed the header in the email, even when it didn't have any row to report.
