Always prompt with question to save to file, when closing the editor, regardless of changes. -

After opening a workspace, when trying to close Toad, it prompts asking to "save to file?". This occurs for every open editor and every open file, even though NO files were changed.
How can this be set not to prompt if no changes were made?
