How to enable AI feature of Toad using the online license portal?
The AI features for example (AIExplain) appears on the Editor toolbar, or AI Code GitHub Copilot menu appears but cannot be used. Or the features don't appear at all and Toad AI licenses are being used.
For purchased AI Enabled Toad license holders additional configuration steps are required to use AI features in Toad. Login to online License Portal with license admin rights to activate AI features in the product. See attached document for configuration steps or watch a quick video.
** If you cannot see the AIExplain icon at all, ensure you are using the latest edition of Toad, download from from here. You should also ensure your Editor toolbar has default settings - right-click on your Editor toolbar to Restore Toolbar Settings, before proceeding with the below steps.
